22. Where do you feel the most calm?

Sleep.

I’m tired and stressed and I was told today by a boy that he doesn’t like me.

Teacher: Why haven't you done your assessment?
What I think: I'm too busy thinking of new ways to kill myself. I'm being harassed and bullied so I can't think straight. I don't have enough energy because I starve myself. I've been so tired because I can't sleep properly. I can't do it because I'm a failure, so there's no point in even trying.
What I say: I just haven't had enough time.

21. Have you tried to stop in the past? What are you doing differently this time?

I have stopped in the past.  I think the longest was about 2 years.  I’m not really doing anything different this time.  Except now I have someone who I’m stopping for as well as myself.  The only hard part is that person seems to be drifting away, so I’m between a rock and a hard place right now.
